1. The website's role

GrantWriterMatch is a comparison publication for organizations considering paid grant help. We publish information about providers, services, fees and project fit, and offer an optional finder to narrow the comparison.

The current website provides links to providers' public contact pages. We do not arrange introductions, collect buyer briefs for distribution, negotiate quotes, receive payment for a writer's work, or manage grant-writing engagements through this version of the site.

We are not a funding agency, grant administrator or the grant writer you may hire. We do not decide eligibility, award funding, submit applications on your behalf or provide professional legal, tax, financial or procurement advice. Our site-contact inbox does not provide free grant consultations.

Browsing and using the finder are free. Providers charge for their own services.

2. Published information and finder results

Provider information is based on the identified sources and evidence status. Published fees describe the service and conditions stated by a provider; they are not a binding quote for your project. A listing does not confirm current capacity, certify professional quality or independently verify every advertised credential or result.

The finder uses documented provider information and your preferences. Its results are suggestions for further consideration, not a hiring decision, grant-eligibility determination or guarantee of suitability. Our coverage is selective and does not include every available writer or firm.

You are responsible for confirming current scope, experience, availability, total fees, payment terms and other material conditions directly with a provider before hiring. A source-check date describes when information was examined and does not promise that it remains unchanged.

3. Independent providers and external websites

Listed writers and firms operate independently of GrantWriterMatch. Inclusion alone does not establish a partnership, agency relationship, accreditation or endorsement of every service they offer.

Following a contact link takes you to that provider's website. It does not send an inquiry through GrantWriterMatch, reserve time, confirm a quote or establish a contract. The provider handles the information you submit there under its own terms and policies.

Any professional-services agreement is between you and the provider. Agree directly on deliverables, payment, intellectual property, confidentiality, revisions, deadlines, submission responsibilities and dispute handling. Questions about the work or a payment belong with the provider with whom you contracted.

We do not control external websites or providers' conduct. A listing, finder suggestion, sponsored placement or paid writing engagement does not promise a grant award.

4. Advertising and commercial relationships

Paid visibility, when offered, must be identified as advertising. Sponsorship does not purchase a favorable editorial assessment, a verification label or a higher position in the default alphabetical editorial comparison.

The advertising disclosure describes current arrangements and disclosure standards. A sponsorship inquiry is not an order or an advertising agreement. Any advertising purchase requires separate written terms covering the actual placement, price, duration and billing arrangements.

5. Appropriate use

Use the website lawfully and in a way that respects its operation and other people's rights. Do not:

• Impersonate a provider, misrepresent your authority or submit false information.
• Send malware, spam, abusive messages or materials you are not authorized to share.
• Attempt unauthorized access, evade security controls or interfere with normal website availability.
• Use the site to create deceptive solicitations, fabricated endorsements or claims of affiliation with GrantWriterMatch.
• Reproduce or redistribute protected site material in a way that infringes applicable rights.

Reading, linking to and fairly citing public pages are welcome. Automated access must respect applicable law, published access controls and the site's normal operation.

We may restrict abusive access or decline inappropriate submissions. We do not promise uninterrupted access or a particular response time to email.

6. Provider submissions and corrections

You can submit listing evidence or request a correction by email. Provide accurate information, identify your connection to a provider when relevant, and send only material you have the right to supply.

For information expressly submitted for public listing use, you give us nonexclusive permission to review, edit for clarity, publish and update that information for our website and related comparisons. You retain your rights in your original material. This permission does not cover private administrative correspondence or confidential client documents merely because they were attached to an email.

Do not submit a proposal, client logo, testimonial or work example unless you have the necessary rights and it is suitable for the stated public use. We may ask for evidence and do not treat submission as independent confirmation of a claim.

We decide whether and how to include a provider. Submission does not guarantee publication, a particular description, a favorable assessment, advertising inventory or business inquiries. Providers can seek factual corrections without purchasing advertising.

7. Website content and intellectual property

Original GrantWriterMatch text, comparisons, compilation choices and other site materials are owned by Kozi Publishing LLC or used with permission, subject to rights that applicable law reserves to others. Providers' names, marks and original source materials remain associated with their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply affiliation.

You may use the public website to research and compare services. You may link to pages and quote brief passages with attribution where permitted by law. For substantial republication, reuse of a complete comparison or other uses requiring permission, contact partners@grantwritermatch.com.

These terms do not limit fair use, other statutory exceptions or any separate license expressly supplied with a downloadable resource.

8. Availability, warranties and responsibility

We work to publish accurate, useful information and provide a route to report errors. Information can change, sources can be incomplete and technical errors can occur. The website and its general comparison information are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.

To that extent, we do not make implied warranties of uninterrupted availability, suitability for a particular purpose or a provider's performance. We do not guarantee funding, savings, a provider response or any other hiring outcome.

To the extent permitted by law, Kozi Publishing LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website, such as lost funding opportunities, lost revenue or business interruption. We are not a party to the independent service contract between you and a writer.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory rights or remedies. Any limitation applies only where and to the extent enforceable under the law that applies.

9. Concerns and changes

If you have a concern about the website, our content or these terms, email partners@grantwritermatch.com with enough detail to identify the issue. This contact route does not prevent you from using any legal rights or remedies available to you.

We may update the website and these terms as the service changes. Updated terms will appear on this page with a revised effective date. Material changes will also be announced on the website. Changes do not retroactively alter an independent provider agreement or a separately signed advertising agreement.
