Advertising and sponsored placements
GrantWriterMatch publishes comparisons to help organizations choose paid grant-writing help. A provider's editorial listing and a paid advertising placement serve different purposes. This page explains how we distinguish them.
Our current commercial relationships
The initial comparison contains no paid placements. We do not receive a referral payment when you follow the current providers' contact links, and we do not sell or charge for introductions in this version of the website.
Writers and firms can inquire about future monthly sponsored placements. An inquiry does not establish a sponsorship, and a listing does not mean the provider has a commercial relationship with GrantWriterMatch.
If these arrangements change, we will update this disclosure and identify the relevant relationship beside the affected placement or action.
Editorial listings
We consider providers using evidence of relevant services, project fit, fee conditions and a usable contact route. Providers do not have to pay, buy another service or link to GrantWriterMatch to be considered.
The default homepage comparison is alphabetical. It is not a purchased ranking or an overall assessment from best to worst. The optional finder narrows documented provider information using the visitor's preferences.
Payment cannot buy a higher position in that editorial order, a favorable editorial conclusion, an evidence label or the removal of a material limitation. A provider can be included editorially and also advertise; its advertising must still be identified separately.
Our methodology explains the evidence and ordering rules.
What a sponsored placement means
A sponsored placement is advertising paid for by the identified provider. Payment can affect visibility in the agreed advertising position, such as a separate card above or beside an editorial comparison. It does not make that provider the editorial winner or establish that it is the best choice for your project.
Every paid placement must show this label clearly before its promotional content:
Sponsored placement — advertisement
The placement must also identify the advertiser and explain: This provider pays for this advertising placement.
Those disclosures belong on the placement itself, where you can see them before choosing its contact action. This page supplies additional detail; it does not replace the visible label.
Sponsored copy must be supported by evidence. Advertising does not establish current availability, independently verified results, grant eligibility or a promise of funding. Material service conditions and fee minimums remain relevant in a paid placement.
Your choice of provider
The contact action in a sponsored placement must identify its destination. In this version, provider contact links take you to the named provider's own website. Clicking one does not send a brief, submit an introduction request or reserve professional services through GrantWriterMatch.
You can continue browsing the editorial comparison and contact another listed provider. A sponsor does not receive your finder answers or private site correspondence because it paid for visibility. We do not redirect your chosen provider's contact action to an advertiser.
How it works explains direct contact. Our privacy policy explains the data handled by the website.
Referral fees and other benefits
There are no paid referral links or fees for introductions in the initial comparison. If a future arrangement compensates GrantWriterMatch for a click, an introduction or another event, we will state the relevant basis of compensation close to that action before you use it.
Any noncash benefit that could materially affect how readers assess our coverage, such as a complimentary service used in a review, must also be disclosed with that coverage. We do not present an advertiser's experience claims as our own firsthand experience.
We do not offer fees based on a percentage of a grant award or payable only if funding is awarded. Monthly sponsorship, when agreed, purchases the stated advertising placement under its own written terms.
Corrections and advertising inquiries
If a commercial label is missing or unclear, email partners@grantwritermatch.com with the page URL and placement. Supported factual corrections are handled whether or not the provider advertises with us.
Writers and firms can visit For grant writers to submit listing evidence or inquire about monthly sponsorship. General site questions belong on our contact page.
