If a page, filter, or contact link is not working, use the subject Site help. Include the page URL, what you tried to do, and what happened. Your device and browser can help us investigate a display problem.
A screenshot is useful if it does not contain private project information, passwords, or account details.
Report a factual error
Use the subject Correction and include:
- The page URL and the statement or listing field you believe is incorrect.
- The proposed correction.
- A public source link or other evidence that supports the change.
Fee corrections are most useful when they identify the service, currency, minimum commitment, and any required prepaid amount. A price for editing, research, or one proposal should not be treated as the price for a different service.
We assess corrections against the relevant evidence. Sending a request does not automatically change a listing or remove a supported editorial assessment. Our methodology explains how we handle sources, unknown information, and corrections.
Provider listing questions
Writers and firms can submit service information, request a listing update, or inquire about monthly sponsored placements. Please read For grant writers for the evidence to include and the distinction between an editorial listing and paid visibility.
If you are asking on behalf of a listed provider, identify your role and use an email address associated with that provider where possible. We may ask for evidence of your connection before changing provider-controlled contact information.
You do not need to pay to report an error or request an editorial correction.
Research and business inquiries
Use the subject Research inquiry for questions about our published sources, methods, or permission to reuse material. Include the page and the proposed use.
Use Business inquiry for other relevant proposals. Describe the proposal in the email so we can assess it without scheduling a call.
