For grant writers

By GrantWriterMatch Editorial

GrantWriterMatch helps organizations compare paid grant-writing help. Independent writers and firms can submit public evidence for editorial consideration, request corrections to an existing listing, or inquire about monthly sponsored placements.

Send inquiries to partners@grantwritermatch.com. Editorial consideration is free. Payment and a backlink are not conditions of inclusion.

Who we consider

We consider providers with a publicly verifiable professional identity, a usable contact route, and evidence of relevant grant services. Those services may include funding research, strategy, proposal writing, editing, review, or continuing grant support.

Your evidence should explain the clients and work you serve. Nonprofit work, government applications, institutional proposals, and scientific or technology proposals are different areas of fit. We do not infer expertise in a specific program from a general claim of grant-writing experience.

A submission is a request for review, not an application for certification or an assurance of a listing. Our coverage is selective. Inclusion depends on the evidence available and the usefulness of the provider in the comparison being published.

Submit information for a listing

Email with the subject Provider submission. Include the information below in the message and link to public sources where available.

InformationWhat helps us assess it
Provider identityTrading name, official website, public contact page, and your role in the business.
ServicesThe work you sell, including whether research, writing, editing, review, and ongoing support are separate engagements.
Client and project fitOrganization types, funding programs, technical fields, or proposal types supported by your published service pages or relevant experience.
Fees and scopePublished prices or a statement that a quote is required; currency, hourly or project basis, minimums, prepaid commitments, and material exclusions.
Location and working arrangementsOffice base, remote service, and any documented in-person or geographic limits.
Credentials and experiencePublic credential-verification links and nonconfidential examples or references that you have permission to share.
Important conditionsMinimum client size, service exclusions, acceptance conditions, or other limits a prospective client needs to know.

You can submit a provider that does not publish prices. We will label applicable fees Quote required rather than estimate an undisclosed price.

Do not send client applications, unpublished proposals, private contact details, or case materials you are not authorized to share. Information supplied for a listing should be suitable for public use. Submitting a client logo, testimonial, or grant-win figure does not establish permission or independent verification.

Update an existing listing

Use the subject Listing update, identify the provider and page URL, and give the exact field or statement to change. Include a current source and explain whether the change affects a specific service or the provider as a whole.

For changed contact details, identify your connection to the provider and use an associated business email where possible. We may ask for supporting verification. Readers can also report factual errors through our contact page.

Editorial review determines what we publish. We may shorten submissions, retain material limitations, or distinguish a provider's claim from a fact we have confirmed. Providers can correct inaccuracies; they cannot purchase removal of a supported fee condition or control an editorial conclusion.

See our methodology for source standards, verification labels, fee normalization, ordering, and corrections.

Editorial listings and sponsored placements

An editorial listing helps readers compare documented services and conditions. The homepage's default editorial order is alphabetical. Finder suggestions follow documented project fit. Neither is sold to the highest bidder.

A sponsored placement is paid visibility in a clearly identified advertising position. It is labeled Sponsored placement — advertisement and kept separate from editorial ordering and finder rules. Sponsorship does not buy a favorable assessment, verified availability, a rating, or a “best writer” designation.

Sponsored providers must still substantiate the factual claims shown in their placement. See our advertising disclosure for how paid visibility is presented.

Inquire about monthly sponsorship

Email with the subject Monthly sponsorship inquiry. Include your website, the service or audience you want to reach, relevant client and program experience, geographic scope, and the public page visitors should contact you through.

Monthly sponsorship is currently available for inquiry only. There is no subscription checkout, published rate card, or guaranteed inventory on this site. An inquiry does not reserve a position or create an advertising agreement.

If a suitable placement is offered, the written proposal will specify the position, displayed copy, destination, labeling, price, duration, billing, and cancellation terms before you commit. Any audience or activity figures supplied with an offer must identify what was measured and the period covered.

We do not guarantee impressions, clicks, inquiries, clients, or grant awards. We do not offer arrangements priced as a percentage of a grant award or payable only if funding is awarded.

What a listing means at launch

All providers in the initial comparison are listed-only. Visitors follow the provider's public contact link and communicate with that provider directly. We do not collect buyer briefs for distribution, forward introduction requests, or confirm provider capacity.

Submitting information or inquiring about sponsorship does not make you an introduction partner. A listing is not GrantWriterMatch certification, a promise of work, or a guarantee of professional results.

To get started, email partners@grantwritermatch.com with your submission, listing update, or sponsorship inquiry. Include enough detail for an initial review by email; a sales call is not required to submit information.
