GrantWriterMatch.com is operated by Kozi Publishing LLC. In this policy, “we,” “us” and “our” refer to that operator. This policy covers information handled through the website and correspondence sent to partners@grantwritermatch.com.
You can browse the comparisons and visit a provider's website without creating an account or giving GrantWriterMatch your contact details. Our current website offers direct provider links and a browser-only finder. It does not collect buyer briefs for introductions.

Technical request data can be personal information even when you have not entered your name. Hosting and security services necessarily process some information to deliver a website to your device.
Finder preferences stay in your browser
The finder uses the information already available in our provider comparison and the preferences you enter. It does not ask for your name, email address, phone number, account login or a proposal upload.
Your answers remain in the browser memory for the current page. They are not sent to GrantWriterMatch's servers, stored in browser cookies or persistent browser storage, placed in the page URL, sent to providers, or included in analytics and session recordings. Use Clear filters to reset the finder while you are using it. Reloading the page starts a fresh finder.
Using the finder does not create an introduction request. If you contact a writer after browsing, you choose what to tell that writer through its own contact process.
Quote-comparison inputs remain in the browser memory for the current page. They are not sent to our servers, stored in cookies or persistent browser storage, included in analytics, or sent to a provider. Use Clear to remove them; reloading starts a fresh tool.
Copy and print controls act only when you use them. They place the selected text on your device's clipboard or open your browser's print interface. They do not send a project or create an introduction. You decide whether to paste or share the information elsewhere.
Activity measurement, cookies and tracking
We use first-party aggregate page and action counts. Those measurement records contain the public page or provider identifier, action type and date. They do not contain finder answers, visitor contact details, persistent visitor identifiers or an individual browsing history. Requests to the measurement endpoint can still generate the technical request information described above.
A contact-link count tells us that a link was used. It does not establish a unique visitor, a conversation, a hire or a grant award.
We do not use Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, session-replay tools, advertising pixels or third-party behavioral analytics in this version of the website. We do not set analytics or advertising cookies or use the finder to build advertising audiences.
Hosting or security infrastructure may use essential technical cookies or similar mechanisms to deliver the website or prevent abuse. Those mechanisms are separate from behavioral advertising and do not store your finder answers. You can control cookies through your browser, although blocking essential mechanisms can affect website access.
We do not track your activity across other websites or use cross-site advertising profiles. We do not change this first-party, aggregate measurement in response to a browser's Do Not Track signal. There is no sale of visitor information or cross-context behavioral advertising to opt out of on the current website, including through Global Privacy Control.
Why we use information
We use information to operate and protect the website; investigate technical problems; answer relevant correspondence; assess provider evidence; correct listings; administer any agreed business relationship; and meet applicable legal obligations.
Emailing a listing submission does not subscribe you to a newsletter. We do not add site correspondents to a marketing list or publish private emails as testimonials without permission.
For provider submissions, separate information intended for publication from private administrative correspondence. Do not send confidential proposals, unpublished research, client financial records, identification documents, passwords or grant-portal credentials.
Who receives information
Our hosting, infrastructure, security and email service providers process information needed to supply those services. These providers may receive technical request data or correspondence as described above. Information is accessible to the people authorized to operate GrantWriterMatch and handle the relevant inquiry.
We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law or valid legal process, protect rights or safety, or investigate fraud or misuse. If the business is transferred or reorganized, relevant records may be transferred subject to applicable privacy obligations.
We do not sell visitor personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or provide writers with a mailing list of visitors. We do not forward your email inquiry or finder preferences to a listed writer as an introduction. Buying advertising does not give a provider access to those details.
Information intended for a public provider listing can appear in our published comparisons. Private administrative email addresses and correspondence are not published merely because you submit information.
Contacting a provider and following external links
A provider's contact link takes you to an external website. That website receives its own connection and request information and handles any message you submit under its own policies. Check those policies before supplying confidential materials or personal information.
We do not control providers' websites, inboxes or retention practices. Your service contract and private communication with a provider are separate from using GrantWriterMatch. See How it works.
Retention and deletion
We retain identifiable information for the purpose that justified collecting it and for applicable legal, accounting, security or dispute needs. Technical records are retained according to operational requirements and the applicable infrastructure settings. Routine correspondence is reviewed and removed when it is no longer needed to handle the inquiry or maintain a relevant record.
Provider-source records may remain while they support a current listing or document a correction. Records of an agreed commercial relationship may need to be retained after it ends. Aggregate activity totals can be retained for trend analysis because those totals do not identify an individual visitor.
Deletion from active systems does not necessarily remove a record immediately from a service provider's rotating backups. We do not promise deletion of information we must lawfully retain or records held independently by a writer you contacted.
Your choices and requests
You can browse without using the finder, leave optional questions unanswered, clear its filters, and contact providers without emailing us. Your browser also controls cookies and local browsing history.
To ask about information we hold about you, request a correction or deletion, or exercise an applicable privacy right, email partners@grantwritermatch.com with the subject Privacy request. Describe the request and the email address or business listing involved. We may need proportionate information to verify that a request concerns your own records or an authorized business update; please do not send identity documents unless we have explained why they are necessary.
We handle requests according to applicable law and explain any relevant limitation. Some records cannot be located from aggregate counts, and we do not collect additional tracking information merely to identify who generated a count. If we cannot grant a request, you can reply to ask us to review that decision.
If you believe a public professional listing contains inaccurate or inappropriate personal information, identify the field and source so we can assess a correction or removal request.
Security and processing locations
We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information handled, including access restrictions and secure website connections. No website or email system can promise absolute security. Send only information necessary for your inquiry.
GrantWriterMatch is operated from the United States. Service providers may process information in the countries where they operate. Applicable legal protections can differ by location; we do not promise that every record remains in one country.
Children
GrantWriterMatch is intended for organizations and adults considering professional services. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us so we can assess and address it.
Changes to this policy
We will publish changes on this page and revise the effective date. For material changes, we will also place a notice on the website. If a change requires consent under applicable law, we will obtain it before applying the new practice.
